Spah Grill Mountain View: Reviews & Ratings
Food and service was great. I had the ham and cheese omelet and added sausage. Glad I did as the sausage was delicious!! My wife had a burger and steamed veggies. We were both pleasantly surprised.
The burger and onion rings were excellent! The following morning I had a western omelet which needed some cheese melted with the onions and peppers to bind them together as I needed a spoon to eat it. Taste was good but the omelet was just difficult to eat.
Ordered chef salad. It was pretty good. It consisted of lettuce, some chopped tomatoes, cheese, egg & deli ham. Wasn't a large salad but adequate. The atmosphere was a family restaurant. Service was good. The price is reasonable. Good dark iced tea.
Service very good. Chicken fried chicken fried way too long. Hard to cut and eat. Really need a better sweetener for tea. The pink stuff is bitter and doesn’t sweeten tea. Mash potatoes, gravy and salad good.
We are driving through from Louisiana. Stopped for brunch. The food was excellent. Excellent customer service. I had the western Omelett, and it was amazing. My husband had the sexy hashbrown, and he said it was amazing as well. One of our daughters had the waffle with strawberry and whipped cream on it...she ate every bite. She said it was so good. My other girls had chocolate chip waffles, and they ate them up. I definitely recommend.
Staff were incredibly nice. Food was great and decent priced.
My husband and I, along with our large-breed puppy, were on a day trip up to Mirror Lake. We hiked for a good long while and I started feeling woozy, realizing we hadn't eaten all day. We hurriedly came into town in search of food and found Spah. We weren't able to go in for a sit-down because of the pup, but we ordered to go and had our food in less than 10 minutes! It was so good, too! If we ever get back up that way, we'll go in for the atmosphere. It seemed like a great place to dine. The staff was very friendly.

The atmosphere is inviting, projecting a classic family restaurant vibe, perfect for any casual outing. Dishes here range from hearty breakfast options to satisfying lunch fare, ensuring there’s something on the menu for everyone. Customers have raved about the delectable ham and cheese omelets, which Patty Highsmith accompanied with scrumptious sausage—a combination that left them pleasantly surprised. Meanwhile, Hunter of Truth enjoyed a juicy burger paired with crispy onion rings, and even returned for the morning’s signature western omelet.
As you delve deeper into the menu, you’ll find refreshing options like the chef salad that Cathy C reviews positively, noting its adequate size and quality ingredients. However, the standout items don't stop there. Victoria Landers, who dropped by for brunch, highlighted the divine western omelet and the indulgent sexy hashbrowns, declaring them "amazing." Her children's enthusiasm for the waffles, topped with strawberries and whipped cream, speaks volumes about the kitchen's commitment to delightful gastronomy.
However, every establishment has room for improvement. Customer feedback has pointed out areas such as the chicken fried steak being prepared a touch too long, resulting in a tough eating experience. Phyllis Brady noted the need for better sweeteners for the tea—a small detail that could elevate the diner experience even further.
In summary, Spah Grill Mountain View stands as a delightful representation of local dining.
